How fast is shipping?
Our average handling time is 3-5 business days, then however long it takes the mail couriers to deliver your parcel. We are usually faster with a 1 day turnaround, however, that is not always the case. We are a small business with not many hands, your patience & understanding is truly appreciated!
What shipping methods do you use?
We mainly use USPS and FedEx for shipments, whether it's Domestic or International. that way it gets to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

We Offer a Lifetime limited warranty on all our Injector units and in house brackets unless otherwise stated on the item description. We do NOT cover labor costs, only the items warranty.

30 day money back return minus 15% restocking fee, less the cost of shipping, buyer pays return shipping. Product MUST arrive in a complete and whole condition, any damage will be taken out of the refund upon received of product return.
Used products will be pro-rated for refund depending on condition and issue that was present.
International shipment costs are NOT covered by any warranty, if any warranty claim is to be set, additional shipment charges will be added on at that time.

Fuel Injectors
Fuel Injectors:
Do I leave the pintle caps installed on the ends of the Injectors, or do you remove them before installation?
-Leave the pintle caps on the injectors, they center the injector in the intake manifold.
Do I have to reset my PCM after installing the Injectors?
-No, you don't have to reset your PCM, however it is recommended so that your computer remaps itself to the new spray pattern and flow rate
I've never done this before, is it a difficult task to complete?
-It is not a difficult install at all, in the package is a QR code that you can scan and it will lead you to our Instructional pdf section of our website where you can see detailed step by step instruction on how to do the job, also, on our website under the videos section, or the product description or on our YouTube, you can find a video showing what to do as well to follow along.

-Yes, our Headlight Housings are DOT/SAE approved and will pass any inspection you may have in your State
Do the Lights come in a pair, or is the price per each housing?
-The Lighting comes in a pair (2 housings) per order
What is included with the Halogen Upgrade Kit?
-The Halogen Headlight Kit comes with 2 brand new Glass Housings, installed 100/90w light bulbs and an upgraded wiring harness
What is the warranty on the product, and what does it include?
-We warranty all our lighting products, including bulbs, for 2 years from purchase date. Minus accidental damage. Photos may be requested as proof

Headlight Harness
Headlight Upgraded Wiring Harness:
Is this harness difficult to install, and will there be any splicing needed to complete it?
-Our Upgraded Wiring Harness is a simple Plug 'n Play design that requires no additional modification at all, unless you have a 97+ model with factory fog lights, please refer to the product description for the fix on this issue.
Will this harness work for other applications besides a Jeep Cherokee XJ?
-Yes, this harness will work for any vehicle that is equipped with an H4(9003) Headlight bulb. The only thing you may need to do is extend the positive wire to reach different battery locations depending on the vehicle you're working with
What is the point of the harness?
-The upgraded wiring harness helps bring full power to your headlight bulbs for maximum output. The harness is made of much thicker gauge wiring and better material than the OEM wiring and connects directly to the battery with its own fuse and relays for maximum output. This helps take the load off of your headlight switch, and lower the chances of causing any electrical issues with your OEM wiring
Can I purchase the Harness on its own outside of a full Headlight Kit?
-Absolutely, please check our Products page for more information
Will this harness work on Jeeps with Factory Fog Lights?
-Yes they will, there is only 1 small thing you may need to do depending on your application. Sometimes you will get the issue of your low beams not clicking back on once you click over from high beams, this issue tends to happen on the 97+ XJ's with factory fogs, but no need to worry, there's a very simple fix for this issue:
There are 2 red wires on the factory driver side OEM plug that used to go to your headlight housing, one should be smaller than the other, however, always use a test light to confirm you're working with the fog light wire; Cut the 20g Red Fog Lamp Relay #1 ground/trigger wire at the back of the driver's side headlight plug. Extend this wire so that it is long enough to reach your new aftermarket harness blue wire at the driver side. Splice it into the blue wire at the new driver side plug.
You are now fixed and ready to click between high and low whenever you would like!

Hood Spacers:
How much does this raise the back of the hood?
-The Hood Spacers raise the back of the hood 1" total which is perfect for ventilation
Will the Hood Spacers cure my heat-soak issues?
-Hood Spacers add a great amount of ventilation and can definitely help reduce or eliminate the effects of heat-soak, we would still recommend you wrap your fuel rail and injectors in heat tape for safe measure
Will these work on my Grand Cherokee?
-These Hood Spacers are specifically for the Jeep Cherokee XJ line of automobiles
Do Hood Spacers really make that big of a difference?
-On average both our customers and our readings have found that there is a under hood temperature drop of 8*-11* after installation of our Hood Spacers
I already have Hood Louvers, do I still need these?
-You don't need to combine the two, however, some customers do like the look and added ventilation
Will these spacers allow mud, water and dirt to get into the engine bay?
-These spacers allow all water to run down the main gutter lines and out the inner fender wells. Mud and dirt is too large to get behind the hood then back down into the engine bay so there is no issue with that either

-Yes, we have 2 bracket designs, one for XJ and one for TJ/LJ/WJ models, they bolt right in with no modification needed.
How do I find the firing order on the new coil pack for my 4.0L?
-Under the product description, there are photos showing which wires to run to which cylinders from the new coil pack. Please follow that guideline and run the plug wires to the designated cylinders from the coil pack. DO NOT FOLLOW THE FIRING ORDER ON THE COIL PACK ITSELF, THIS WILL NOT WORK AND WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY AND MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR ENGINE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR.
What is the difference between the normal coil pack and the RIPPmods coil pack?
-The normal coil pack is just like your stock replacement, only it's not a huge rail and is more compact, the RIPPmods coil pack is a performance pack that will help with the engine performance, we have noticed smoother idle, quicker response from the engine on throttle command, and smoother power bands while driving and under load.
