Gears and LockersWe have the experience and the right tools to build a differential correctly.
We replace everything... bearings and races, seals, snap-rings, bolts, gaskets. We set them up with top-name differentials and gears such as Detroit, ARB, Eaton, Auburn, ECTED, OX, Yukon, Spicer. If you need custom axle shafts, we do that too. We sell top-name axle shafts such as Dutchman, Yukon, and RCV at excellent competitive prices! We can also shorten and spline axle shafts. At AV4x4, we perform many different axle conversions and upgrades and each one is built with exact precision and personal attention to every detail for years of trouble-free service. |
All of our fab work is precision-built and of the highest quality. Many of our custom parts are designed in CAD and built using precision CNC machines for a perfect fit. It doesn't matter how big or small the job is, we do it all. And you can trust that it will be done right. Suspension components, drivetrain conversions, bumpers, rocker guards, and just about anything you can think of, we have done it. We pay attention to every detail and we build everything as if it were our own.

Drivetrain ConversionsWe can replace your current drivetrain with stock components or we can upgrade your favorite 4x4 with a modern engine such as a GM LS 5.3, 6.0, 6.2 or Chrysler Hemi, just to name a few. We cover everything from front to back with our engine transplants. They all come with new electrical harnesses and PCM's that are tuned for your specific vehicle and needs. We take great pride in our high-quality conversions.
Upgraded cooling systems, fuel injection, ignition, exhaust and electronic components are all part of a successful transplant. We sell top name brands such as MetalCloak, Poison Spyder, LOD, Motobilt, GenRight, Rugged Ridge, and dozens of others. We have a full fabrication shop and skilled fabricators to build almost anything. Custom bumpers swing away tire carriers, rocker/side armor protection. We provide full powder coating service as well. We can match the colors on your Jeep or there are thousands of custom colors available. There are endless options for armor accessories. We will help you select the ones that will fit the way you live and drive.

Suspension & SteeringA correctly built suspension system requires serious knowledge and "real-world" experience. We sell top name brands such as MetalCloak, Motobilt, ORI, PSC, Fox, and King. We will help you select the best suspension to meet your needs. We design and build custom suspensions with great precision and skill. We install ram assist steering systems. We also build custom heavy-duty tie rods and drag links with the best components available today.
