Unlike some that only sell you 3 wires for your Battery, Alternator, and main Ground, our kit does a complete upgrade over your factory wiring.
Each kit is hand made right here in Nampa, ID
Kit includes 7 main wire upgrades for your needs:
2nd gen 5.2/5.9L GAS engine
Power:
Battery + to Starter
Battery + to PDC
Alternator to PDC with ANL Fuse + Holder (plus spare fuse!)
Ground:
Battery - to Chassis
Battery - to Block
Head to Firewall
All kits come with new military style terminals
Our wiring is a thick, 2awg welding wire; Fine Strands for best conductivity and flow of energy.
Each terminal lug is crimped on with with hydraulic compression pliers for a secure connection that won't come loose!
All cables are marked for ease of installation.
Don't know which fuse rating to get? No problem!
Find your alternator output (i.e: 90A) Add 30% and round up!
For example; 90 + 30% = 117, round up = 150A ANL Fuse
You won't have any loss of power with this upgrade.
Marine grade glue-lined heat shrink for a good cover that won't crack or break over time and is resistant to cuts/scratches.
Cable lugs are Zinc Plated Copper, which acts as a shield to inhibit oxidation of the ends.
Our cables come with a LIFETIME Guarantee on the crimps. If they ever come apart at the lug, we fix or replace it for free!
